Intuitive management through dancing

In business, we make decisions. A lot of decisions. The quality of these decisions shapes our success, our confidence, and our experience of life. But not all decisions come from the mind. Some come from the body.

I started bodywork mainly for myself.

I wanted to fall in love with my life again. To feel present in my body. To reconnect with my femininity.

What began as a personal search became something much deeper. After the birth of my son, I felt the need to reconnect with nature — with rhythm, with cycles, with something more essential.

Through different paths, I found pieces of that connection:

Cyclical living brought clarity.
Naturopathy brought autonomy.
Energetics brought a sense of magic.

ESSENCE OF BELLYDANCE™ brings all of this together.

It is not just movement.

It is a way back to your body, your intuition, your inner knowing. A space where women reconnect with their true potential — not by pushing harder, but by listening deeper.

This is my inspiration: women rediscovering for themselves the feeling of being a goddess.

In my professional life as a project manager, I make decisions intuitively. Those are the most precise ones. Sometimes, I dance before making a decision. I reconnect with myself — and suddenly, everything becomes clear.
